Billing

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all of our work to be without any forms of defects due to materials or workmanship. All work will be made to fit the model from the provided impression and to the desired requirements of the prescription. Remakes and repairs are free of charge unless a remake is due to erroneous circumstances that are fault not of our own. All materials and workmanship carry a three-year warranty, which will be honored when presented with proof-of-purchase, original invoice number with date, patient’s name and model if possible. All returns on implant products must be unopened and in returnable condition to be received for refund. California Dental Arts does not cover damages that are incidental or substantial, i.e. loss due to chair time, sustained loss from time, lost wages, pain and suffering, etc.

Our Payment Policy

When you become a client, we’ll set up a monthly open account for you. An invoice will be billed to you with each case, and a monthly statement will also be sent to your place of business at the beginning of each month. Your payment is due (and expected) by or before the last day of each month. All accounts that are 30 days overdue will have a 1.5% industry standard service fee applied to the outstanding balance per month.
